Joined Scheer 2001. They are the most mismatched family for Banepa. A place with outdoor thrills and sports activities does not offer much for these couch potatoes. Roy is CEO, Fylvia is Director of Special Projects

Silas and Eunice Gomes
Brazil
Joined Scheer in 2001. Silas is as fine surgeon as he is a preacher. Eunice is the Operating Room Nurse and IDE Liaison. Silas has the record for running up and back down the mountain to Leopard’s Leap (scenic vantage point about two hours on foot for the average person)

Pillis: Prameed, Lavona, Timmy, Jona
Sri Lanka/India
Joined Scheer in 2002. Collectively, they have more energy than any other family on campus. Collectively, they speak more languages than any other family on campus. Prameed is in a post-graduate, ortho residency. Lavona is about to join a post-graduate, OB/GYN residency

Frias’: Jemuel, Jevlyn, Jisty, Jyle
Philippines
Joined Scheer in 2002 with their miracle daughter Jisty. They never dreamt they’d be blessed with another child. But God had other plans in mind: He gave them Jyle. Jemuel is full-time Family Practice physician and Jevlyn is full-time pediatric physician. On the side, both are the part-time party planners and social entertainers!

Razons: Jun, Irene, Raj, JM
Philippines
Joined Scheer in 2000 with baby Raj on the way. Now there’s four of them. Jun is the internal medicine physician and Irene the director of nursing. If they weren’t as busy as they are with work and kids. . . Jun’s dream of a family of seven or more might just come true!

Victor and May Canalis
Argentina
Joined Scheer 2002. Victor is Scheer’s anesthesiologist and stand-in general surgeon. He is also Scheer’s personal “Pavarotti.” Everyone, especially the children, have voted that Aunty May’s pizza is the best—yak cheese and all.
